Jellyfi is the editorial byline on LootWiki, responsible for researching, publishing and maintaining the Valheim guides on this site. Every guide published under that byline is listed below.
How these guides are researched
Game mechanics are taken first from what the developer has published, then from community material that can be traced back to a source. Every guide ends with numbered sources (starting at S001) and an access date, so you can open the original page and check it yourself.

Recommended routes, preparation lists and fight plans are editorial suggestions, not the only or the strongest way to play. Anything that has not actually been verified in-game is not written up as a tested result. Guides assume vanilla standard survival; world modifiers, mods and later patches can all change the details.
How to read the dates on a page
Under the heading of each article, "Published" is the date the page went live on this site and "Last checked" is the date the text was checked against the sources. A page that shows "Checked on game version" lists the version used for that check; a page without it has not had a version check yet.
Reporting an error
If a number, a name or a route does not match the version you are playing, email us through the Contact page and include the page link and your game version. The site-wide writing and correction rules are on the Editorial Policy page.
