On this page
The developer's September and October 2026 announcements describe a monthly themed reward track with free and premium lanes. This page uses the source review recorded on 10 October; it was reorganised on 16 October. We could not retrieve fresh announcement text during this revision, so it does not claim to verify today's shop price or coin-spending availability.
Which question are you trying to answer?
| Your question | Answer supported by the recorded announcement review |
|---|---|
| Do I need to buy premium to use the free lane? | The launch description says opening the game during the month claims that month's free ticket |
| What unlocks the premium lane? | The announcement describes buying and redeeming a Paw Pass Ticket |
| Does claiming a reward spend taps? | The description says it does not |
| What are Bongo Coins? | The currency named by the developer; each completed lane is described as providing 100 |
| Can I spend 500 coins on a premium pass today? | The announcement described future spending; check the current in-game prompt |
For the source timeline rather than an access question, use events. This distinction keeps historical announcements separate from the current offer shown in your game.
A practical way to check access
Open the pass screen and identify the theme and the free or premium lane before selecting a reward. If you are considering premium, read the current ticket listing and the in-game redemption prompt. The recorded announcement describes using Get Pass to reach the ticket and again to redeem it.
An old US-dollar price is not a current quote for your region. Likewise, an announcement's Ticket label and a store Token label should not be assumed equivalent without checking the current product. This page no longer presents the earlier US$4.99 snapshot as buying advice.
What does saving 500 Bongo Coins require on paper?
The following is our arithmetic from the announcement's 100-coins-per-lane figure. It assumes the described coins are earned in full and that no coins are spent along the way.
| Completed lanes | Coins added (derived) | Compared with a 500-coin target |
|---|---|---|
| One free lane | 100 | 400 short |
| Five free lanes | 500 | Target reached |
| Both lanes of two passes | 400 | 100 short |
| Both lanes of three passes | 600 | 100 above target |
The two-lane rows assume premium access has already been obtained; they are not a way to buy the first premium lane without access. These counts are not months of guaranteed playtime, and reaching a balance does not prove the spending feature is available. Check that feature before planning a purchase around the calculation.
Are Paw Coins the same currency?
The recorded developer announcements use Bongo Coins. Paw Coins appeared in a community wiki; no developer announcement states that they are the same currency. Use the label and balance actually shown in your current game rather than combining two names into one wallet or adding their quantities together.
What about expiry and trading?
The reviewed announcements described rewards without a deadline and tickets that could be transferred through Steam trading. Those are historical source statements, not a fresh test of every pass or item. Read the current theme's terms and the specific item's restrictions. The exchange and trading reference covers its separate source history; hats and skins distinguishes item sources.
Send a changed rule with its announcement or a dated game capture through Contact. The most useful update would identify the pass, exact screen label and version, rather than merely asserting that the game has changed.
