Scope: Official game description, game-pass and developer-product records and promotional images read 5-6 November 2026 (UTC)
Key points
- Cash is spent in Fleet on units, districts and upgrades.
- The developer lists 14 districts of real downtown Chicago to unlock.
- The Starter Pack names two unit types: a patrol car and a medic.
- Mutual aid units normally cost $120 to $260 each out of shift pay; the Mutual Aid Contract pass makes them free.

Fleet is where 911 Dispatch cash goes. Every cash product says to "spend it in Fleet on units, districts and upgrades," and the game description says shift money pays "for more units and new parts of the city." The map covers real downtown Chicago streets with 14 districts to unlock. When your own units run short, mutual aid is available for a fee.
What can you buy in Fleet?
The official records name three kinds of purchase. Exact unit, district and upgrade prices are not published, so none are listed here.
| Fleet purchase | Official wording | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Units | "more units"; "Spend it in Fleet on units" | Game description; cash products |
| Districts | "new parts of the city"; "14 districts to unlock" | Game description |
| Upgrades | "units, districts and upgrades" | Cash product descriptions |
The official console image shows a Fleet button on the toolbar next to Options, which matches this wording.
Which units does 911 Dispatch have?
The description names police, fire trucks and ambulances, and the "Real Chicago" promotional image is captioned "Police, fire and medics." The Starter Pack pass is the only record that names specific units: "$10,000, a patrol car, a medic and 3 shifts of overtime."
| Service | Official wording | Unit named in a store record |
|---|---|---|
| Police | "police" | Patrol car (Starter Pack) |
| Fire | "fire trucks" | Not named |
| Medical | "ambulances"; "medics" | Medic (Starter Pack) |
The map image tags units P12, M11 and E11. The records do not explain the letters, so read them only as on-screen labels. Learn how units are sent in how to play.
How do districts work?
The description lists "Real downtown Chicago streets, 14 districts to unlock." District names and unlock prices are not in the official records. The promotional map image shows Willis Tower and South Federal Street, and credits its map data to OpenStreetMap contributors. Unlocking districts uses the same Fleet cash as units, so the shifts and pay guide is the place to plan how to earn it.
What is mutual aid, and what does it cost?
The official records describe mutual aid units only by their cost; they do not say when the game offers them. The Mutual Aid Contract pass (99 Robux) states: "Mutual aid units are free. Normally each one costs $120 to $260 out of your shift pay." Without the pass, each mutual aid unit lowers that shift's pay by an amount in that range.
| Option | Cost per mutual aid unit | Source |
|---|---|---|
| No pass | $120 to $260 out of shift pay | Mutual Aid Contract text |
| Mutual Aid Contract | Free | Mutual Aid Contract text |
Do companies share a fleet?
Yes. The multiplayer announcement says "the company has its own fleet, coverage and funds, so what you earn together builds it up." The multiplayer guide explains how a company fleet differs from your own.
Can Robux speed up Fleet purchases?
Four cash products add $2,500, $10,000, $40,000 or $120,000 straight away. The first three can be bought "as many times as you want." Compare them on the Robux shop page.
