911 Dispatch has five badges on Roblox. Three reward shifts worked (your first, 10 and 50) and two reward incidents handled (50 and 500). All five were created on 8 October 2026. Veteran and Five Hundred are the rarest: on 6 November 2026 each had been awarded fewer than 130 times.
What are the badge requirements?
Requirements are copied word for word from the badge records, including their capital letters. Award counts are the official totals read on 6 November 2026.
| Badge | Requirement (official) | Times awarded | Share of 1st Shift holders |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st Shift | "Work your first shift" | 243,566 | 100% |
| Regular | "Work 10 shifts." | 13,185 | about 5.4% |
| Veteran | "Work 50 Shifts." | 61 | about 0.03% |
| Fifty Up | "Handle 50 incidents." | 20,612 | about 8.5% |
| Five Hundred | "Handle 500 Incidents." | 129 | about 0.05% |
The last column is our arithmetic: each badge's award count divided by 1st Shift's. It shows how far players get, not the odds of earning a badge.
Which badges come from shifts?
1st Shift, Regular and Veteran count shifts worked. Shifts can run "from 2 minutes up to an hour," and the badge text does not set a minimum length or grade. The training shift is described separately as "a short training shift"; the records do not say whether it counts toward 1st Shift. See shifts and pay for how shifts end.
Which badges come from incidents?
Fifty Up and Five Hundred count incidents handled. An incident is what you enter after a call, before you send units, as explained in how to play. More Fifty Up holders than Regular holders suggests some players reach 50 incidents before their tenth shift, but the records do not show per-player data.
Do badges give rewards?
The badge descriptions list only the requirement; none mentions cash, XP or items. The game description groups badges with "a daily bonus and a global leaderboard" as progress features.
How do badge numbers compare with visits?
On 6 November 2026 the game record showed 1,185,530 visits, against 243,566 1st Shift awards. Visits count sessions, not unique players, so the two numbers cannot be turned into a completion rate. The update history records when other features were added.
