Southern Mudding Spawn Limits, Slots and Trailers Guide
Scope: Spawn limits and pass effects read from game pass descriptions in the Roblox game pass API; badge totals from the badges API; gift prices from the developer products API, all on 2026-10-02. Slot menus, hitching and despawn rules were not checked in game.

Without passes, Southern Mudding lets you keep 2 vehicles and 2 trailers spawned at once, going by the pass descriptions. Spawn 4 Vehicles (490 Robux) and Spawn 4 Trailers (300) double those limits. Any Slot Spawning (300) lets a car or a trailer use any slot, and Portable Trailer Spawner (325) spawns trailers anywhere on the map.
The limits are not published as a rule anywhere. We read them from the two passes that raise them, whose descriptions say "from 2 to 4". Everything here comes from the Roblox game pass data for the game, checked on 2 October 2026.
What are the Southern Mudding spawn limits, with and without passes?

The official descriptions, in full: "Increases vehicle spawn limit from 2 to 4!" and "Increases trailer spawn limit from 2 to 4!". Both passes were created on 19 September 2025, four days after the game itself, so spawn limits have been part of the design since the first week. The pass records were last edited in August 2026; the numbers quoted are the current ones.
What does Any Slot Spawning change?
Its description is one line: "Allows you to spawn cars/trailers in any slot". The pass was created on 14 August 2026 and costs 300 Robux.
The wording implies that slots are normally tied to a type, with some for vehicles and some for trailers, and that this pass removes the tie. On that reading, a player with only this pass could use all four default slots for vehicles, or all four for trailers. That is our interpretation of a single sentence. We have not confirmed in game how the slot menu behaves, or how the pass combines with the two Spawn 4 passes.
If the reading is right, the pass is the cheaper answer for anyone who wants more vehicles and tows little: 300 Robux against 490 for Spawn 4 Vehicles. Check the in-game description before relying on that.
Which Southern Mudding trailers are named in official data?
Very few. Trailers are one of the five vehicle classes in the description, and "heavy towing", "hauling" and "boating" are all listed as things to do. By name, the store gives only these:

The product "(Limited Special Offer) Gooseneck Camper + Truck" (325 Robux) includes a camper; the data does not say whether it is a trailer. The developer's event listings add two trailer names in titles only: "Tiny Home Trailers!" (started 5 June 2026) and "🚐Stacker Trailer!🚐" (started 7 August 2026). Whether those need a pass is not stated.
The trailers a new player can spawn for free are not listed anywhere in public data. The promotional image above shows a boat on a trailer behind a pickup truck; we have not confirmed that it is the Boat Trailer from the pass.
Where can you spawn a trailer?
Portable Trailer Spawner (325 Robux, created 5 June 2026) "Allows you to spawn trailers from anywhere in the map!". The existence of that pass suggests trailers are otherwise spawned at fixed places. No pass is described as doing the same for vehicles; whether vehicles can already be spawned anywhere is something to check in game.

How many Southern Mudding players actually use trailers?
Badge counts give a rough answer. At 11:19 UTC on 2 October 2026 the badge Spawned a Trailer had been awarded 37,089,920 times and Spawned a Vehicle 62,448,163 times. That is about 59 trailer badges for every 100 vehicle badges, by our arithmetic. Both badges were created on the same day, 22 September 2025, so the comparison is fair in time, though it counts badges, not one tracked group of players.
By that measure, about 59 accounts have spawned a trailer for every 100 that have spawned a vehicle, so towing is common, though the badge totals do not tell us how many of today's players do it. The badge guide compares all four badges.
What do the Southern Mudding spawning passes cost together?

The gift column lists the developer products that buy each pass for another player; the product for Deluxe Trailer Pack has no "Gift" in its name and is only probably the gift version. Two prices differ from the pass: Spawn 4 Vehicles Gift is 65 Robux cheaper, and [GIFT] Portable Trailer Spawner is 65 dearer, which is why both columns reach the same total. Which spawning pass fits which player?
Our suggestions, from the descriptions alone:
- You drive several vehicles and rarely tow: Any Slot Spawning, if our reading of it holds. Confirm in game first.
- You run a convoy with friends: Spawn 4 Vehicles. It is the only pass that states a higher vehicle limit outright.
- You haul for roleplay: Spawn 4 Trailers, then Portable Trailer Spawner so you are not driving back to a spawn point for each load.
- You want to go boating: Deluxe Trailer Pack, the only source of the Boat Trailer and Double Jet Ski Trailer named in the data.
- You are new: none yet. Two vehicles and two trailers, going by the pass descriptions, should cover the first sessions described in the how-to-play guide.
What still needs an in-game check?
- what the slot menu looks like and how many slots it shows by default;
- how a trailer is hitched and unhitched, and which vehicles can pull which trailer;
- whether a spawned vehicle disappears when you spawn another past the limit;
- whether Any Slot Spawning and the Spawn 4 passes stack to eight slots.
None of these is shown in public data. We will update this page when they are confirmed.
