Mitosis has two official update events on Roblox. Update 1, titled Mutation Upgrades, was set for 11 October 2026 and added mutation upgrades to the skill tree plus daily rewards. Update 2, the Halloween Update, was set for 18 October 2026 with Halloween content, an outside questline, UI changes and new skill tree upgrades.

Both Mitosis events were scheduled for one hour and hosted by the Fauna Studio group. "Admin abuse" appears in both subtitles; the notes do not describe what it involves.
The game description now opens with "🎃 HALLOWEEN UPDATE!!!" and lists the code HALLOWEEN next to Update2; the records do not show when it was changed. Both are on the codes page.
What appeared in the store, and when?
Roblox records the date each Mitosis pass and product was created. That is when the developer made the listing, which can be earlier than the day it appeared in the game, so treat it as an outer marker rather than a release date.

The spin products dated 9 October fit Update 1's "Daily Rewards" two days later, and the Halloween Crate and Grim Reaper Bundle line up with Update 2. The record dates alone do not prove those links. Prices for every item are on the Robux shop page.

The bundle's mention of pumpkins is the only official Mitosis reference to a pumpkin currency or item; how pumpkins are earned or spent is not described. Halloween items are called "limited", but no end date is published.
How do you know when Mitosis updates next?
Fauna Studio has used Roblox events on the game page for both updates so far, and the game title carries a short tag: on 22 October 2026 it was "[🎃] Mitosis". The developer has not published a fixed schedule, so a new event listing is the first official sign of the next update.
