Roblox's genre field lists it as Survival. The official art leans into that: plush animal children, one with a mouth full of teeth, and a grinning black creature in a dark playroom. Nothing stronger than those two mild descriptors is flagged.
How many players fit in a server?
Up to 25. Private servers were not enabled when we checked, so you cannot rent a server for your own group. The official description does say you can "play solo or with friends"; the how-to-play guide covers what that means for a shift.
The experience holds two places: the main one, Animal Daycare (Anomaly), and a second called Daycare Shift. Roblox lists both, but how the game moves players between them is not documented. Avatars are switched to R15 inside the game.
Is it the same game as Animal Hospital (Anomaly)?
No. Animal Hospital (Anomaly) is a separate Roblox experience published by a different group, Animal Anomaly, and created earlier, on 10 May 2026. The names are similar and both carry the (Anomaly) tag, so the two are easy to mix up in video titles and search results. Everything in this section is about the daycare game only.
Are there official codes or a Discord?
We could not confirm either. The game description, the group description and the group shout contain no codes. The game's social links, where a Discord or X account would normally be listed, need a Roblox sign-in to read, so we could not see them. We do not link any server that only claims to be official.
