Which reward are you trying to change?

Career Points and Pay have separate doubling passes. The career guide explains their different progression and spending roles. VIP Nurse advertises increases to both rewards, but its description does not define the arithmetic when combined with the two doubling passes; do not assume a particular combined multiplier.

If you only want a uniform or decoration, the cosmetics guide lists the exact colors and charms. It makes the distinction between a direct color unlock and earning additional Pay to spend.

How do the automatic helpers differ from smaller products?

Auto Chart Forever describes automatic chart completion and signing. The separate Auto Chart developer product describes instantly completing the current patient's chart. Skip BP & Pulse Ox covers both types of readings, while the smaller Skip BP Listening product names the listening stage of a manual blood-pressure reading. Can you buy Hospital Pager?

The record is marked not for sale and has no listed price. Its description advertises teleporting to units or outside a patient's room, with a short cooldown and restrictions during codes or procedures.
