The ladder comes from the official Roblox experience description, read 4 November 2026. The opening sentence uses “Chief of Nursing”; the detailed list ends with Chief Nursing Officer. This table follows the more specific listed role name. Both RN qualifications are separate positions in that list.
How do Career Points and Pay differ?
The 2x Career Points pass describes doubled Career Points from patients, codes and procedures. The separate 2x Pay pass describes doubled Pay from discharged patients, with buying scrubs as its example use. They therefore target different rewards: a purchase mentioning Pay is not automatically a promotion boost.
The game-pass comparison lists the exact scope of each perk. VIP Nurse advertises a 20% increase to both Career Points and Pay; it is a different offer from doubling one reward. The official descriptions do not specify how VIP combines with the two doubling passes, so no combined multiplier is assumed here.
Which early promotions have badges?
The badge records name CNA, LPN and RN promotion milestones. The RN badge says Registered Nurse but does not distinguish ASN from BSN. A badge list and the career list answer different questions: the badge names do not replace the ten-role ladder or prove there are only three promotions.
What else changes as you move up?
The developer says new scrub colors unlock with promotions. For the actual named palette and the option that bypasses rank and Pay requirements, see scrubs and charms. The Robux shop separately lists Study Session and Double Points (30 min), whose descriptions concern immediate points or a temporary boost rather than a new role.
