What does VIP include?
The text says "A VIP chat tag and your name on the VIP leaderboard. More VIP perks are coming." So VIP is cosmetic and social today, and the developer says more is planned. The Unlock all cars pass also mentions VIP cars as an exception, which tells us VIP cars exist; no data names them.
