The cheapest, Skip Line and Skip Waiting at 10 each, are the two shortest queues. Skip to Adoption at 24 jumps "straight to the nursery at the adoption center", and Adopt Now at 25 is the only one that gets around the fee.

Do the skips overlap with passes?
