American Plains Mudding Updates: Saturday Times, History

American Plains Mudding update listings start on Saturdays. The developer has published 60 Roblox event listings, nearly one for each Saturday, from 16 August 2025 to 17 October 2026, and every one starts on a Saturday in UTC. Since late March 2026 most of them start between 13:45 and 14:15 UTC.

We read the listings and the game description at 11:13 UTC on Friday 9 October 2026. At that point the newest notes were headed "10/3 Update" and the next listing was a day away. Anything released after that is not covered here.

What time does the American Plains Mudding update drop?

Usually a little before 14:00 UTC on a Saturday, going by the listings. The current description states no update time, and older versions of it are not in the public data we could read, so the listings are the only schedule we found. Of the last ten, nine start between 13:45 and 14:00 UTC; the exception is 29 August 2026, at 17:00.

Across all 60 listings the spread is wider, and it moves with the seasons:

The jump from 13:35 to 14:35 UTC falls in the week US clocks went back in November 2025. In US Eastern time both are 9:35 am. So the developer appears to schedule against a US clock, at roughly 9:35 to 10:15 am Eastern all year. That is our inference from the listing times; the developer has not said so.

UK and European clocks change on 25 October 2026 and US clocks on 1 November. If the pattern of winter 2025-26 repeats, listings may move to about 14:35 UTC in November; that is a possibility, not a schedule.

A listing's start time is the developer's schedule, not a record of when the game changed. Roblox's event documentation says players "can opt into notifications that they'll receive when your event begins", which is what the listings invite: "Get notified right when the update drops!".

Which listings were open on 9 October 2026?

All three carry the same description: "Get notified right when the update drops!". Thirty-seven of the 60 listings were created two weeks before their start, which is why two future updates are usually visible at once.

What did the 10/3 update add?

These were the newest notes in the description on 9 October 2026:

• "New ATV", with "Animated Suspension", "Front and Rear Cargo Box Attachments" and "Windshield Attachment" listed under it
• "New Forest (Map Update Part 1 of 2)"
• "Sitting In Vehicles Requires Being Whitelisted"
• "Bug Fixes (Water Flinging Fixed)"

The matching listing is "APM Forest Update 🌲", with a listed start of 13:50 UTC on 3 October. "Part 1 of 2" and the next listing's title, "APM Map Update 🗺️", point the same way, but the developer has not said that 10 October is part two. The how-to-play guide looks at the whitelist line.

How can you tell an update is live?

Three official signals, none of which needs a login:

• The update header in the description. It read "🚨 10/3 Update" when we checked. A new date there means new notes.
• The game's title prefix. It was "[🌲FOREST🌲]" at the same check, matching the headline feature.
• The event listings. The current one is subtitled "This Weeks Update" or "This Week's Update", and upcoming ones "Next Week's Update".

Roblox's own documentation says that when a developer publishes an update, "players aren't immediately removed from old versions of the game", and that without a server restart players move over "as the servers running old versions eventually empty and shut down". If the notes have changed but your game has not, join a fresh server.

What has each named update added?

The description we read holds only the 10/3 notes. The event listings keep more: 24 of the 60 have a distinctive title or a description that names content. All 24 are below, exactly as listed. Where a row shows (standard notification line only), the description is just "Get notified right when the update drops!".

The other 36 listings are titled plain "APM Update" and say only that you will be notified. That includes 33 of the 34 listings from 24 January to 12 September 2026, so for most of 2026 the listings record that an update was scheduled but not what it held. How regular are the American Plains Mudding Saturday listings?

Very. Of the 59 gaps between one listing and the next, 57 are seven days and two are 14 days. The two Saturdays without a listing are 20 September and 18 October 2025. From 25 October 2025 to 17 October 2026 there is a listing for every Saturday, 52 in a row.

A listing does not guarantee a content drop. Roblox's public data does not record what a given Saturday changed.

What do store and badge dates show before August 2025?

The listings begin in August 2025, but the experience was created on 29 July 2021. Creation dates in the store and badge data fill in some of the gap:

The last row lines up with the first listing a day later: "Two new campers, gifting gamepass, and more!". Prices for the passes on sale are in the game pass guide, and the off-sale holiday passes are in the limited vehicle guide.

Where are the older American Plains Mudding patch notes?

Not in any public place we could read. Older versions of the description are not available in the public data we could read. The developer may post fuller notes in its own community channels, but Roblox shows a game's social links only to signed-in users who have verified their age as 16 or older.
