Contact

LootWiki does not run a contact form, a ticketing system or a support chat. There is one channel in, and it is email: zsn2740784715@gmail.com. It is the same address used across every hub on this site, so a message sent from a game's own contact page and a message sent from here both land in the same inbox and get read by the same person — the editor, not a support team.

One inbox for six game hubs

LootWiki brings together guide content for six games — see the homepage for the current list, or the about page for how each hub is built and kept up to date. Whichever game's pages a message is about, send it to the same address rather than hunting for a per-game form; there isn't one, by design, so nothing gets lost between hubs. If you're not sure which game a page belongs to, just include the URL and we'll sort it out on our end.

Who reads it, and how fast

Every message is read by a human, not triaged by a bot. There is no dedicated support staff behind LootWiki, so replies are not instant, but the inbox is checked regularly and most messages that need a reply get one within a few days. Corrections that are easy to verify are often applied to the live page faster than that, even before a reply goes out — you may see the fix before you hear back. If a message needs no reply (a quick "this is now fixed, thanks" doesn't require an answer), we may simply act on it rather than write back.

What to send us

Corrections. This is the single most useful thing you can send. If a number, name, boss strategy, requirement or patch detail on any page is wrong or out of date, tell us the exact page URL and what you observed — in your own playthrough, in a patch note, or on an official page. A screenshot or a link to the source you're comparing against moves a correction to the front of the queue, because it lets us verify in minutes instead of hunting for confirmation ourselves. Verified corrections are applied to the page and its review date is updated so returning readers can see it moved; see the editorial policy for the full process. Because each of the five game hubs is rebuilt from its own snapshot and folded into this site on a recurring automated schedule — with a manual rebuild when something can't wait — a fix that already shipped on a game's own hub can take a little longer to show up here; flagging it through this page rather than assuming it will resolve itself is still the fastest route.

Coverage requests. If a question about one of our games isn't answered anywhere on its hub — a mechanic nobody has written up, a platform detail that's missing, an achievement nobody has mapped — say so. Reader questions are the main signal that decides which pages get written next; we would rather hear "nobody explains X" directly than guess.

Partnerships and advertising. We occasionally hear from other sites, tool-makers or advertisers about working together. Use the same address; be specific about what you're proposing so it can be routed to the right response. Any partnership or paid arrangement is subject to the same rule as our existing advertising: it does not change what a page says about a game, and if a page ever carries a sponsored or affiliate link, that is disclosed in the disclaimer, not hidden.

Rights holders. If you represent a studio, publisher or other rights holder and have a concern about text, a screenshot or artwork used on this site, write to the same address describing the material and where it appears. We take these seriously and respond promptly; see the disclaimer for how we use official assets.

What not to send

Please don't send account credentials, save files, payment information or anything else personal — a page URL and a plain description of what's wrong or missing is all a correction needs. Messages containing sensitive personal data may be deleted unread rather than kept.
